Report | Report of meetingPeter Parkes and Frank Renouf from PeakPerformance Consulting gave a joint presentation on delivery of Transformation projects to a sell-out joint APM / BCS meeting in Milton Keynes on 6th March. Peter explained the recent white paper on Delivering Transformation enabled by Technology, and interpreted the impact of this for APM and BCS professional bodies and members. This new agenda places great emphasis on professionalism in the industry to help overcome the major challenges of delivery in partnership environments. Frank went on to illustrate the role of appropriate programme governance, business involvement, and change managfement through a case study of a partnership implementation of a state of the art Customer Relationship Management system in local government.
